i have a pepteller epabx (px310) which was intalled in my office 4 years ago....since i shifted my office i did not feel to intall it again but now i need it to be installed.....when i connected the machine to the telephone lines...... 1. only the first extention offers 0 dialling.2. outgoing calls can't be made at all.i am sure that the connections are made correct.....only the third line is not working because of fuse failure.the incoming calls can be trasferred as normal but when i try to make outgoing calls, it seems to be engaged.do i require to have any online support from the company if yes what is the no. and if no then how can the problem be solved....kindly guide.is there any online kind of procedure to go with......kindly help
