Ive installed all the newest updates and i thought 2.41 was supposed to let you listen to music as you play games. Do i need to make a playlist or something?

  1. Not many games currently support it I do know that

    Pain(PS store)

    High Velocity Bowling(PS store)

    Super Stardust HD(PS STORE)

    and

    Burnout Paradise

    support in game music

  2. The games need to be patched, not a lot are getting patched because devs are busy with ne games.

Soon all games will have it, so far the only game is pixeljunk eden and you need to complete it first.

  3. When you are playing a game, press the PS button and it will show you the in-game XMB. Navigate through the menu, go to Music and pick your song.

If you get told you need to quit the game to listen to the song, then that game isn't compatible with custom music, and the people who made that game will need to release an update for it to work. You're likely to find that a lot of games won't be compatible until the game developers release an update (same with the trophy system).
