Why can't i see a profile picther of other users?

hi, i have been using chat rooms from a very long time with out any probelms (part from boots). my problem is now every time i view a stanger's profile i am unable see their picther. instead of picther iam just seeing grey simley face. how can i change that and view normal picthers of others?

maybe they have np pictures or the server is down idk really sorry

Maybe they don't have a picture..and how is it you see a grey smiley face. All i see when a picture is not available is..a grey box that says something like "image not available" or "picture not available".

But anyways..you can view profiles by typing the following on your address bar, if you know the persons Yahoo id.

http://profiles.yahoo.com/ (type Yuser id here)
