Why can't i set up BT Answer 1571 on my BT Converse 1300?

  2. You don't set it up, BT does it - contact BT

  3. Hi,

    I think you may have the phone set to pulse dialling, turn the phone over and you will see a switch marked P - T  - TE. Select "T" and you should be able to access your 1571 service.

  4. What do you mean 'set it up'.  Don't BT have to do that for you?
