  1. If you don't have one try getting a body pillow or pregnancy pillow. I have to sleep w/a pillow under my belly at night or I am so uncomfortable. However, I am 36 weeks. You are not even half way though yet. I don't know what it is like to be pregnant w/twins but, I could not imagine it. Try the pillow and see if that helps. If not, try asking your doctor for some ideas. Maybe a tea would help relax you as well. Congrats and good luck!!!

  2. I had twins also, and really there isn't much you can do about sleep. I don't know what else to say because being pregnant with twins was difficult just try your best to relax - Maybe you can ask for a little extra help around the house from a friend, or family member. Nap whenever you can your body needs the rest.

  3. when I was preg. with both my babies I found it easier to sleep propped up on a few pillow with one body pillow for between my legs too.

even though u feel more tired when u wake up from a nap u still should take naps cuz it will make up for the sleep u dont get during the night and lord know when ur carrying twins u need all the rest u can get.

  4. When I was in the early stages of pregnancy I just could not get settled.  The pregnancy body pillow helped me so much!  I would really suggest that.  Also, a bath before bed is suppose to help too!

  5. Maybe you do sleep but you don't know.
