Question:

Why can't i sleep? everyone is like "oh you should go to sleep earlier" , i wish i could?

i am stressed, becoming depressed, but i dont think its related to the sleeping because even when i am fine, i still get this problem every summer

  1. You probably just have a late sleep phase. See http://www.stanford.edu/~dement/delayed.... for information, or look up "delayed sleep phase". I'm like that, my natural bedtime is 1am. (I'm having to get up at 5:45am lately, and it is playing h**l with my mental and physical state.)


  2. You said every "summer"

    forgive my presumptuousness but it seems like you are not active enough.

    Get outside, run, play, do whatever get active. Then you should feel too exhausted to stay up.

    Staying up late will cause your stress/depression, as will a lack of activity.

    Get healthy and live long :)
