i can never sleep til 5:00a.m!

i'm going to fall asleep at work help me here!

I'm the same. But it's morning now and im shatterd! Just drink lots of coffee in the morning thats all i can suggest really because the nights nearly over. Good luck xx

pick a night to stay up all night and dayits hard but its the only way and pick the time you want to go to sleep and by that time you will just go sleep easily and wake up early
