Why can't i start installing yahoo messenger??

i accidentally deleted my yahoo messenger in control panel in (remove/delete programs) since then i downloaded a new one then when i am starting to install it there is always an error existing..saying "yahoo suite installer has encountered a problem and needs to close"..how can i bring back yahoo messenger again?? please help me..thanks!..
