Why can't i sync my video in my ipod?

I converted it into a mp4 mode and it says that it can not be played in this ipod

  1. well if you right click on the movie there might be an option to convert to ipod that is if you can play it in itunes

  3. iPod accepts only MP4 format video, If your video is MP4 video, just follow below steps to add video to iPod.

    1. Open iTunes and click "File" to add your videos to iTunes library.

    2.Then plug in your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect your iPod as a device. select your iPod device on the left panel of iTunes, click "Movies" tab, check the videos you want to sync and click "Apply", done.

  5. Convert to AAC. iTunes>Preferences>Advanced>Importing. Open the slide down menu. Pick AAC format. Right click on the desired song. Convert Selection To AAC.
