Why can't i upload photos onto my 360 page?

Question

when I try to create an album, a new page opens up but it is completely blank. I've tried messing with IE security settings, but that doesn't seem to work either - anybody had this before and figured out had to get round it?

try this.. go to your 360 page.. click edit personal photos.. it will open..   when you find what you want make sure you save  and click primary if you want that one..good luck.
