Why can't kaiser permanente respond by email/fax/smokesignals ?

I have a VERY busy schedule. I don't even have time to see a doctor never mind sit on the phone with a KP rep to find out about insurance.

I would like to sign up with them but they don't answer emails. They gave us an email address and fax number and no response. And I am a prospect! This is very unnerving to me.

lol--smoke signals!!   try calling an insurance agent that sells their policy---individual agents will bend over backwards to sell the policy too you and you'll get better service.
