Why can't my primary yahoo id and log on find the yahoo 360 homepage without error saying URL can't be found?

When I log on as my primary id, I can't find or bring up any website whatsoever, that is associated with yahoo 360. If I log on on under a different name with my secondary id, I can locate and find everything yahoo 360 has to share and offer.

That has to do with the ID you start your 360 page, The e-mail you use to start your 360 is the one that will bring up the 360. If your primary was not the main one you use to start your 360, then it will not work. It all depends on which e-mail was used to start your 360.The error can be caused by lots of things, one being the website is too busy or they are updating.

Also there is a broken link happening at that time.

This has happen to me a few times but went back and try later and everything was working ok.
