I hurt my wrist during Tennis season and It has been a month and a half since i played Tennis, and today i went to the park and hit some balls.... Every time i tried to do forehand, the side of my wrist still hurt a lot and i can't hit it that hard any more....

I'm afraid that i won't be ready for Tennis season next year if my wrist still hurt.... Any tips?

  1. I had the exact same problem last year. Forehand hurt my wrist while backhand was fine.  Resting it, icing it, warming up, wrist tape, exercises, etc etc did nothing to improve it.  Until someone told me to try glucosamine chondroitin. Over the counter joint function pills about $30 at any drugstore.  After a few months my wrist was 100%.  Read up on it if you'd like.  Worked wonders for me.

  2. i hav that right now it sucs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. You may have wrist tendonitis.

    Use RICE treatment -> http://www.uihealthcare.com/topics/prepa...

    But please go to the doctor and have it checked out by the doc.  Good luck :)

  4. well, tendons and ligaments take longer to heal.. u should try taking a supplment called trioflex it helps alot..
