'cuz as humans, we r constantly searching for better ways and answers to our problems. To some, "hitting the bottle" (or the pipe) is a way to solve our dilemmas (a poor way at that!).

Overindulging in anything as a way to gain self-happiness leads to guilt & more pain.

Because they need to address them to solve them.  And they will never address them because they're too afraid of what might happen--or not happen.

because the human nature is a disease is spread in every where, person doesn't like his self for that he doesn't solve his problems by his self, and don't worry about that, you don't let the disease come and hurt you.
