Why can't people stop the true gospel that comes from the bible?

Folks have tried for ages to stamp out the gospel of Christ. wonder why it is impossible to do that?

could it be because God is more powerful than any atheist who hates God?

Show me an atheist that hates an imaginary being first.  While your are thinking about stamping out religions, try considering what the early church did to the gnostics and others.

Listen, how can you accuse me of hating someone I don't believe in? Do you hate purple octopus-unicorns? Then neither do I hate God.  What do you mean by "stopping" the gospel? I have successfully stopped myself from believing it; that's mainly what I'm concerned with.  As for others, it's kind of hard to convince people when their attitude is, "Talk to the scripture because the brain ain't listening."

Atheists don't believe in your imaginary god so it is impossible to hate him . Also the only people doing any stomping I have see for the last 2,000 years are Christians and they haven't managed to stomp out the truth yet . Thank goodness they are losing ground and will be gone in another 30 to 50 years .

Pretty much every christian church thinks that their gospel is the "true" gospel. How do you expect others to agree with you, when you can't even agree with each other?

Believe what you like and do not be surprised or unhappy when someone criticises you for your beliefs. That is a normal occurrence in the real world.

Christianity has done a pretty good job stopping the true Gospel.  No one else need try.

Because many people simply aren't smart enough to figure out that it is BS.  Recall that half the population is of below average intelligence -- and the majority of believers in a god are in that half.

Atheists don't hate God, they simply don't believe in him. And a lot of ideas have been around for ages. But that neither proves nor disproves their truth.

It's because for ages the church was killing everyone that wasn't bowing before god.  It's only recently that people have had the opportunity to express their opinions without fear of retribution.  That's called free will

Atheists don't hate God, and I'm SICK AND TIRED of being accused of it.  No one is trying to stamp out the gospel, either.  True atheists and agnostics ignore it and deny it's existence because we don't believe in it.  The Christians keep shoving it in our faces.
