Why can't see black men and women in swimming and diving?

why? tell me the reason

We are too civilize to build the pool. People from africa seems to have more natural water.Maybe things will change in the future.There is one chinese man seem to run very fast, so it might be a pattern for people who is not black in skin.Perhaps there may be dark skin man or woman who can swimming  or diving in the pool.

black men don't have fins and webby feet...lol kidding

Perhaps they are just not interested in it.

1) African countries do not have the disposable funds to build swimming pools.

2) African Americans tend to live in inner cities which, too do not have the space nor funds to build recreational pools.

3) Caribbean nations do not have the funds to build swimming pools to develop competitive swimmers.

It's genetic.  Just like the Chinese are better in Table Tennis, the Blacks are born to be good in all kinds of running events, body physiques, etc...
