  1. I rarely see the P word, but don't really look for it either.

  2. The same reason this question can't be shown here... http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

  3. Catholic??

  4. In the United States it is because we are such a tight a$sed, over protective, politically correct society and nation. It takes about a decade for things to change. If you look at 80's it was the Simspon's, the early 90's Beavis and Butthead were considered to be over the top, crude and people protested it. h**l even Ren and Stimpy was called upon to be taken off the air by certain groups. Then came South Park. That was the biggest uproar in in this tight @ssed nation since Beavis and Butthead and until  Family Guy aired on television. So in that span of ten years a few shows dared to break the Politically Correct boundaries set by this nation and the FCC. But by the year 2000 everyone had started calming down ten fold, and certain words and subjects were not as taboo as they were in 1990.

So we are slowly taking ground, maybe in another 5 years the "C" word will be allowed.

  6. I am not a prude but I do think that bad language has gone too far in films and on TV both of which children of any age can watch. Is it really necessary to express ones self with a sentence full of swear words. Its even worse than when some people end every sentence with "you know what I mean like"

  7. Sesame Street does C words all the time.
