Its a gimmick dude. Ever see the Longest yard? or Meet him in real life. I have both. I'm 15 and I'm 5'7 and I thought i was tall hes fricken huge. but nice as well. He can speak english its just a lil muffled.

It's mostly the gimmick.

Plus they found out that his English is not very clear, mostly because he is a giant and hence has that voice.

Kind of like Andre the Giant, he was a little hard to understand too..
