Dr. Kevorkian was brilliant, not sick. People seem to think that assiting in suicide is wrong. If the poor soul wants to die, why should you have the right to stop them? The Mercitron was a painless, humane way to die. Some people can't kill themselves if they wanted to. For example some people try to kill themselves once and jump off a building and end up alive, but paralyzed from the neck down... Obviously that person can't try again.

  1. why wouldn't a quadraplegic be able to kill themselves?

maybe not anyway you can think of, but if you could fix that lack of imagination, the answer to your question would be clear too :)

think outside the box every now and then, it is very liberating :)

  2. Seems kinda funny, the government can kill who ever they want, ie. death row, Sadam heusin(?), John Kennedy, 4 thousand kids in the war, all those people in the trade center, the American spirit, the list goes on, and on.

But, if someone "wants" to die, it ruins the whole thing, it only works for the ones that don't.

I guess a gun in the mouth is still the only "legal" way, but it's so messy.

And the label "sick" fits the US government perfectly.
