  1. When the obligatory prayers can be prayed different timing wise, according to the rise of sun, why can't we celebrate Eid locally.

Muslims single icon of unity is Holy Kaaba, every one turns him/her towards it, other symbole of unity may be not practical.

One Allah swt. One Quran, One Shari'a and one holy Kaaba. Other all are variations, are healthy signs for a growing society.

  2. There is no correction. It depends on the way they see the moon. Islamic calender is the Lunar one. It is different for different parts of the world. Depending on what phase "their" moon lies in.

Just like you have different time zones for the Soalr calender. Different countries have different times at any given moment. So in Lunar Calender also there are these differences. The moon when viewed fro the earth cannot be seen in the same phase from all corners of the earth.

  3. Only after establishment of Global Islamic Khalifate.

  4. It isn't about agreeing or disagreeing, it is about the siting of the moon.  Frankly it doesn't matter if we celebrate Eid a day apart.  When will people get over that we do?  It really is not important that we are a day apart on the calendar.  The only time it is truly important is when you are actually performing hajj and then it is accurate to follow the calendar in KSA.

  5. Thanks to Mr. Shaytan who's causing fitnah between Muslims.

We Muslims became !@#!% , Many many sects!!!

Looks like his mission is accomplished.!!

I wish every one just follow Quran and the rasools teachings (Sunnah)

  6. They have common muslim calender. and eid differences is not the real difference..it all matters upon the sighting of the moon, and Saudia Arabia always happen to be the first one to celebrate Eid all the time. But i know what u mean...and that would be AWESOME!

  7. You cannot have Eid in India on the same day in the United States. It's impossible. It's not about difference, it's about where you are in this world and when you sight the new moon.

  8. according to the new moon. one the new moon happens then all places west to that may calculate as it is entered into new month. but majority insist on seeing by eye.

but can be calculated, new moon and visible crescent also.

  9. Because Allah has created many points of sunrise and sunset in the east and west as he mentioned in the Qura'an (70- Aayah 40 )

" فلا أقسم برب المشارق والمغارب إنا لقادرون "

I swear by the lord of all [the three hundred and sixty 360 points of sunrise and sunset in the east and west that surely we are able…

So if there is more then one rise it must be different day for the beginning of the month accordingly as ulam said (لكل بلد مطلعه )   that each and every country has own rise. Yes we should consider every country in same equator line as on rise but even that need viewing statement from people of that country as mentioned in the Hadith

" صوموا لرؤيته وافطروا لرؤيته "

    "Fast when U see it"

    Wallahu Aalam
