  1. they have grass

  2. I know. They should go back to the old grass. It allows for more variety, serve and volley instead of playing from the baseline. Why do we want to see this when we just had 2 weeks of it at Roland Garros? They need to get rid of the green clay!!

  3. The Wimbledon grass has slowed down and it's brought about players who do not simply serve-and-volley every service point. I think this is an improvement from before because grass is still the fastest surface and still allows serve-volleying to be effective but it has to be mixed up with other approaches. All in all it means that a player has to have more variety in their game in order to succeed and it makes for more entertaining tennis.

  4. Yep i agree

I guess its because fans want to see long drawn out rallies, instead of good old serve and volley and chip and charging!.

Roddick would have a real chance of winning Wimbledon if the courts were the same (Roger would definitely have won 6) Nadal wouldnt get to the semi's! Probably Karlovic would go far too!!

Anyway bring back the old courts!
