  1. Because the world just has never worked that way.

  2. I want to know why

  3. No idea, it would make sense after all

  4. Because we all come from different cultures, even if you are speaking of English speaking descendants of European immigrants.  We've grown up with different ideas of how a family should function, how to deal with conflict, the kind of food we eat, what the family roles are, just to name a few.  Then, we have people from all over the world coming to Canada, which is great because it gives us a chance to expand our cultural understanding, but it can be challenging because people of diff cultures are encountering people from cultures vastly different from how we do things.  It can create a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding.  I agree that it would be marvelous to be able to get along easily with every one and love one another.  If that day ever comes, it will only happen when enough people are willing to suspend their judgement and hear the stories of other cultures, because that is how we will be able to understand each other.  It means we have to discuss with, and listen to people, who are in prison for minor offenses to murder, and hear their stories too.  Rich people would need to create a safe environment for those living on social assistance to feel that they will actually be heard.  Aboriginal people, and Metis, need to have our culture open up and listen, really deeply listen to their grief and anger and loss.  We need to all realize the equality of ALL of humanity.  That so called "bum" you see on the street needs to be seen as an equal and given the respect of an equal.  We need the love of God poured out in great abundance into our hearts so that we may have that love to give in every encounter of every day.

  5. because people are w@nkers? lol

  6. Because people have conflicting desires. for example, if i want the abandoned lot next door, but you do too, who gets it? We will probably end up arguing, and may nurse a grudge that will be passed down to our children. This will start a hate between our families over basicly nothing. This happens between countries, but instead of arguing, people die, and their family members hate their killers

  7. Why?

  8. ewwwwwwww.

  9. because i love u...

    ahha...lol

  10. ...that happens only in a place called Utopia....

  11. well we can, happy people should stick together and use the happiness to attck the miserable, together we could make a diff, but 1 by 1 its hard because misery loves company, and they tend to be good and be able to make others miserable with ease,my aunt just tried this with me a couple days ago,i caved and fed into it.im better now though.

  12. lmao!!!!

  13. Because people are ignorant and can't accept people for who they are no matter what..

We will always have people that think they are better then others... believe me if this world got along it would be one ******** huge miracle

  14. why not... this would promote peace and order.

  15. Maybe we could ... but who would want to for longer than 20 mins? ;-)

  16. studies showed that in times of war or hardship there were less suicides. because people felt that they were needed it there community to help there country. the reason humanity doesn't get along is because we are no longer dependent on are fellow man.

  17. Because I am better than everyone.

  18. cause not everyone smokes dope!

  19. religion

  20. THAT IS JUST THE WAY IT IS!!!!!!!!!!

  21. If we did wow wouldn't the world be a great place.

it seems people love to hate, i wonder why..... i reckon if we all made a pact to everyday talk to someone new and make a freind, smile at all we meet, and walk away from fights.

    Then things would be great.

Alternativly we could all smoke a joint of love skunk a day, and we could then all share our munchies. What do you think.....

  22. I think people all have been born with a desire to rule over things... which is somewhat natural because of our human nature.

Example: Joe Schmoe, next door, wants to rule over the same thing/place/people that you do... or to rule in a way that is contrary to your beliefs... or that interferes with the way that you want to rule your things.

And so.. sin is the root issue (which is not the same as "religion").  We all have a desire to be lord over our own lives (and the people, places, and things that surround it) - instead of giving the lordship over to the rightful One.
