Why can't we get the world to be green? On eath like on the water..;?

The top reason is that many people in the world do not even believe that global warming exists and that they need to do something about it. Then, I think, because it would cost money to green, although once you went green you would have a better economy. And also, people just don't know what to do, even if they do want to help save the environment.
