  1. What you want is not definitely what "we" want.  That having been said, maybe a dirt track would be cool.  But how dirt ready are the cars?  I dont watch dirt racing that much but I imagine it would be another expenditure for the teams.

  2. If there was a real need or desire to get one., if NASCAR could make money on one then sure. . but you may be in a minority of one.

    Plus:

No, you can't always get what you want

You can't always get what you want

You can't always get what you want

And if you try sometime you find

    You get what you need

  3. I think they should just bring the IROC series back, or somethign like that, and race that series with dirt late models. Several tracks have dirt tracks located right next to the track so it wouldn't be hard to do just a few times a year. That is something I'd love to see.

  4. Wouldn't that be fantastic .Wonder if there is a track that could hold all the fans. If they can setup the cars for road courses , they can do it for dirt

  5. That is actually a controversial question.  I don't know about NASCAR on dirt they would have to change their tires.  That would be a lot of work for them to do.  Plus the cars are built for speed on concrete tracks they aren't as light a buoyant as the sprint cars or outlaws.  don't know about that one.

  6. They still had some races on dirt tracks in the late 60s.  In 1969 there were 5 races on them in the cup series.  It would be neat to see but will probably not happen.  I thought I heard something about covering Bristol with dirt once before but am not sure when that was supposed to have happened.  If I remember correctly it didn't work out very well.

  7. a few weeks ago you had this...it was a Pay-per-view at Tony Stewart's Eldora track.....

The truth is that not many people would follow into the dirt scene...I would love it..but the people NASCAR is targeting would not spend their money on it, nor would they be likely to watch.....nascar has left it's roots and wants to be a global sport....just like indy/F1...and we see what a great products they have become..HA

  8. hey Arca does it, no reason NASCAR can't.

  9. Its time to bring in a REAL RACE CARS from Europe~!!! and of course JAPAN~!
