  1. People wear white after it all the time

  2. lol you can it's a joke.

  3. because you might blend in with snow?

  4. You can. Nobody I know has ever really followed that rule.

White is more typically a spring/summer color though. If you do wear white in fall, it's best to go with a "winter white" (aka not bright, pure white).

  5. because techincally white is a summer color, and labor day is the end of summer so therefore, you can no longer wear summer colors .haha.

  6. just do itXD

  7. its traditionally a summer color and after labor day its suppose to be fall i know its weird

  8. because after labor day people say summer is officially over and that white is a Summer color

  9. same as first answer...

but i dont care i still wear white!

  10. I answered this yesterday haha

Labor Day kinda signifies the change of fashion from summer to fall, and in fall, it is typically cooler. This temperature change influences others to wear darker clothes. Wearing white would be going against the flow, hence the "rule".

  11. Its an old tradition that is not really followed today.  No reason to either because we dont always do what the past did.  I'm not sure why or how it all started but it doesnt really matter.

  12. Just another example of a silly fashion rule....good news is that the fashion police have since changed their minds and have declared that it is ok to wear white whenever you want.  How generous of them!!

Also, per InStyle Magazine it is now ok to wear hosiery (tights, pantyhose) with strappy shoes.

Gotta love the people who make these things up......

  13. don't worry about it, you can if you want.
