Why can't won't Stickam let me?

I've been trying to go live with the webcam on my mac laptop on Stickam. But it's not working. The sound is, but not the video. Help me please?

You will first have to call the maker of your webcam and see if you have it set up correctly.

You may not have enough RAM on your Mac Laptop to support the programs that are running in addition to your webcam program.

The other piece of the equation is the bandwidth you have from your computer to the Internet backbone.

when you go live, put the mouse over where your image should be and click CTRL and the click button under neath your track pad. then make sure it says allow. and then click the webcam icon and make sure it says" USB class video."
