Why can't you climb Mount Kilimanjaro alone and how much does it cost to have a person guide you up the hill?

Have you checked out info about this "hill"?  Mt. Kilimanjaro is no hill, it's a huge mountain.  I watched a documentary about it a while ago and a team of expert climbers barely made it to the top.  I doubt one guy could do it, but go ahead and try.  If you don't die before you get to the top you'll be famous.  If you do die on the side of the mountain alone, you'll be known as the idot who tried to clime the mountain alone.
