Why can't you drive untill your 16?

couldn't they just make special cars just for smaller people

  1. no one should be driving before 16.. a 16 year old has no idea of the responsibility a car takes. the insurance, the care...etc. most people that age are just looking for freedom they dont think about consequences ..there is no experience in driving and most dont have to work for anything if a car is handed to them so there is not a care to what consequences can come from this new found freedom.


  2. This has nothing to do with smaller people. It deals with how mature the brain is. For example, a 16-year-old driver would be more mature than a 12-year-old driver. Their brain would have been more developed, therefore its judgment would have been better than a 12-year-old's brain. Having said that, however, I still believe that 16 is still a young age to be driving. Their judgment is not as good as a 30-year-old driver's.
