Why can't you shop online at H&M in the United States?

I live in Houston, Texas, where they still haven't opened an H&M, but why don't they let us shop online? They'd get so much money, because so many cities want to go shopping there for the cheap prices and extremely cute clothing.

i was wondering this too... how can we find out?? I just love this store and tried to order online... but you can't... bummer
