Why can I not get the proper filter for my brand new GE microwave? I have contacted the company four times and have had incorrect filters mailed to me; I have had a tech to my home who contacted me one week later with another incorrect number; I have been to Home Depot three times to discuss the problem with the appliance expert there... and still another dead end! Another filter was mailed to me which was, again, the incorrect filter. Can GE not get its parts together for a customer?
