Why can black people sing better and with more tricks than whites?

I am refering to the 'trilling' etc. I know there are some whites that can do it, but in general I mean.

Matter of opinion.  When I listen to Whitney Houston singing "I Will Always Love You", I hear "I can make my voice needlessly (and tediously) swoop up and down, aren't I silly?"

Mm. That sounds a little racist. Because thats not true at all. Whites can sing just a full & beautiful as african americans can.

All people, and now I am taliking about a people and not individuals, have their strong and weak sides. Whites were just not blessed with what we currently view as great singing abilities. That is why Whites are more likely to pursue other careers.

For people who claim that race is of no importance to vocal abilities, I would like to make you aware that A LOT of the great soul singers are black. Blacks have a naturally deeper voice. James Earl Jones is the perfect example of a trained actor with a voice that has landed him wealth and fame.

I am white and I totally agree with that it is a sound assumption that blacks are better than whites when it comes to vocal skills. Yes, there are som great white singers too when it comes to soul, but they are few and far apart. Whites produce singing talents like Celine Dion unless they are trying to imitate black people.

Black people and white people sing well, it's not about the colour of the skin, maybe it's because black people tend to sing songs that show better their "tricks", but white people can do that as well, it's only because they don't use these "trick" in their songs.

Whitney Houston has a lot of "tricks" but Mariah Carey has a lot of them as well.

Black people in America in particular are bought up in Churches where singing in that style is popular and music in general is fairly important, so they get lots of practise. Personally I don't consider vocal gymnastics as good singing but I see what you mean.

I dont think this is a rascist question, it seems if you get out of bed in the morning its being rascist. I think, generally, young black people enjoy different types of music to young whites and will practice singing in that type of vocal range. Similarly, young Asians have, generally, specific music they enjoy, like banghra, and will enjoy that vocal range.At the end of the day, if you took 3 kids, asian, black, white, and gave them identical voice coaching,they, if they had vocal talent to start with ,would all learn to hit the high, mid and low notes. As individuals though, they would adopt their own favourite styles.
