Why can humans do better at assessing the relvance of a website than search engines?

  1. Because search engines can only scan individual words or phrases, and have no clue about "context"

    For instance, say you want to search on snakes, and do a search for "Python".

    You'll get flooded with tens of thousands of irrelevant sites, because the search engine thought that a "Monty Python" was a type of python.
