It's not illegal to go to Cuba.  You won't get arrested.  We do not have direct flights there.  So you would have to go to another country to fly into Cuba.

"Why can I have cuba"--I'm not really sure what that means.  But you can't have Cuba b/c it is a country and belongs to someone already.  Also, you are too young to have your own island.

Have you researched Cuban hamsters and prepared to care for it?  I can't even find any information on it online so it seems like it must be an exotic pet if it's not nearly extinct.  Exotic pets require special care.
