Why can i not change my information in yahoo 360 setting ?

i want to change some of my information in my yahoo 360 , but when i go to setting page to change that , they are not saved

  1. Simply, all fields with a red asterisk on that page must be completely filled in or the page will NOT save.

    If you want to hide something, put the permission for that section to "Just Me (Private)" but you must still fill in that section completely. The one exception may be the Age section which can be a bit tricky. But at least choose to either fill in the birth date or the age there.

    If you've done the above correctly and click the "Save" button, you will be re-directed to your "Home" page likely. Make sure to check how other people view your page by clicking on the drop down menu "Preview as seen by" at the top right of your 360 "My Page". Choose a permission group and click the "Go" button.

  2. Yahoo is having bugs in the system because of the new transition.

    They are not fixing the bugs

    All their resources are going into getting the new network ready

    When you change your information ,make sure to click save and continue to see if this will work better then just clicking on save.

    And your information  may work tomorrow. Because it seems the bugs are come and go thing. But no one has the same days for things to work, So may need to keep trying and be lucky enough that you hit the working day
