Ford Econoline has the largest selling 9-10 seater vans. Chrysler and GM also have their own versions. They are just extended wheelbases on the original frame, that allows for the space of an additional seat.

Just check out places like Budget, National, Enterprise and see what they offer.

I think it is partly because they have become less popular in recent years because they have had some bad publicity.  There have been a number of serious accidents involving them, with loss of life.  Most rental companies do not carry many of them, and some no longer carry them at all.
