Why can i not get access to online challenges on tiger woods 09 on xbox 360?

the gamernet challenges, they wont let me access it.

"the current privacy settings pervent you from accessing this online content"

it tells me that due to my privacy settings it is blocked. i go to my privacy settings in my dashboard and everything is enabled. i am also on xbox live and connected to ea servers too. it lets me view everything else on gamernet, the leaderboards and my clips.

anybody got any ideas
