  1. if you have a firewall installed it might be blocking it. it happened to me.  if thats the problem, just disable the firewall and it should work. make sure your on a trusted website that you dont think will have a virus or anything. and make sure you enable the firewall when you are done. hope thats the problem and hope this helps.
