Why can i see black dots floating on my left eye. From my view they looked like little ants?

The spots could be what's called "floaters".  They are tiny bubbles in the liquid surrounding the eye to keep the eyeball moist.  However, there could be other reasons for what you're seeing.  You need to see an ophthalmologist to be sure there's no medical problem with your eyes.  Do it soon.  Once you lose your vision, it is almost always impossible to regain it.
