  1. Do you mean pushing up into releve?

    stepping up onto pointe in pique will always be easier as it requires less ankle and leg strength. pushing through onto releve from a flat foot requires that you develop strong muscles in your ankles and the arch of your foot.

    practice and you'll get it! the more that you train the stronger your legs and feet will become!


  2. when you turn your legs may not be straight as the are when you releve

  3. because there's nowhere else to go?  do you mean releve onto pointe?
