Why can some companys have really poor service and nothing happens to their busness?

like pizza hut or other franchise business. no resolved problems with food or customers. and corp. mangement- does little to resolve. what can be done?

Because knowone has complained to the appropriate authority regarding there issue!!

if you stop eating there, it will affect their business - they will have less sales-why would you keep going back if there were frequently problems? - plenty of other Pizza places you could go to
