It's all filtered once it passes through your lungs.

Why do you think it's easier to smell someone else smoking other than yourself.

When i smoke, i can never smell it on myself, but other people tell me "d**n dude you reek". lol.

The reason you can't smell what we exhale is because when the air is inhaled what ever you are smelling is filtered out and raw carbon dioxide comes out.
