Why can women hit men but men cant hit back ?

I mean the media and apparently lawmaker don't think women can hurt men. Which they can, have u ever heard of weapons, pots pans,knives, anything that she can pick up can hurt or even kill a man. It's not like all men are massive hulk hogan figures and all women are super skinny cant hurt a butterfly type. Even with fist women can hurt a man, you don't believe let a women throw a haymaker punch to ya nose, and try to tell me with a straight face that it didn't hurt. So why is there VAWA and not VAMA or even combined law being VA(Anyone)A ? Men get physically abused by women way more than people think but it seems men rather take physical punishment than embarrass himself but saying a women beat him up. That's probably why nothing have been done for men. Women complain rightful so they get VAWA. Men keep it in nothing happens.So #### women slapping men in reality and on tv(media's fault really) , #### women and men that choose to stay with the abuser,#### VAWA good law....for women, but what about men i mean are all women angels and all men abusers ? Rule should be dont hit ANYBODY PERIOD. What do yall think ?

i personally tend to never hit someone for first, cause my philosophy is that is always better solve the questions with a discussion, than with a gun, and cause i think that in a war there are no winners .....
