Like the others have said you can edit it but you can't answer it twice because you would now have 4 points instead of two

Well because instead of makeing 2 answers you can edit your first one just click edit under your answer and you can also delete your answer if you want 2 start over.

If you want to expand on your answer, you can. Just go back to the question and click the Edit link to add more information. But it only makes sense that you'll have only one answer to any question.
