Why can you read a reply at the group site, but not in the mail sent?

One of our members has this problem and I can't figure out why it is just her and no one else. When she types a response that goes out to the group, none of her text shows up. All you can see is a repeat of the original message, but you cannot see her reply. You can only read her reply if you go to the group home page. Why can you read it at the group site, but not in her e-mails that go out to the group?

well, that's really hard to say. I would suggest it's some e-mail server glitch, and one you cant hardly fix as a group owner
