Why cannot I get my Yahoo Bill Pay page after printing my security key?

Trying to pay a bill on my Bill pay. Enter my security key & am told this page is unattainable.Why? What do I do now?

  2. Yahoo has no customer service for Bill Pay if you can't log in.

    After tremendous hassle and frustrations, they sent me this url which seems to work

    https://bills.secure.yahoo.com/

    I am likely to switch to MSN Bill Pay.
