Why cannot emails be forwarded as attachments to members of yahoo groups without getting an error message?

file size exceed and yet same message even with photos can be forwarded individually. Gmail has no problems with this and will soon be the preferred email client.

going through the group is different than a mail provider- there is a size limit. yahoo mail is totally unrelated, which allows 20MB in size- Gmail happens to allow that same 20MB

Messages up to 1MB can be delivered to your group. This includes both the message body and the attachment. As a general rule, attachments should be no larger than 800KB. If you post a message larger than 1MB it will be returned to you

PS: google groups allow that same attachment throught their groups too.
