Why can’t Ferguson handle South Americans?

Juan Sebastian Veron, Carlos Tevez and now Anderson have all experienced difficult spells at Manchester United, despite being players of genuine quality.

Is this the fault of the United boss? Or is it because the South American players find it hard to adjust to life in England and/or Old Trafford. All three players haven’t been utilised properly by Ferguson, and so a degree of blame must be placed on the Scot.
