Why cant I create a 360? keeps saying email already in use?

Every time I try to make a 360 profile, I get the same reaction EMAIL ALREADY IN USE im so tired of this and yahoo is not helping me in any way

  1. This either your browser cache has a corrupt file or cookie.. or it is just plain over full! Go to the tools option on your browser toolbar and find the link.. Delete Browsing History.. and delete all of the categories you find there..

    Then close your browser and reopen it.. log into yahoo and then try to access this  link to create your 360 pages..
