Why cant I get kodak easy share to work on my pc?

(pre) back up important documents and files on cd/dvd,

a few things you can do before setting up,

run scandisk error checker,

run deframenter and analyze drive space, (red) not good, lots of (white) space ok, if several pieces everywhere, may be best to defragment,

empty temp folder(s)

empty temporary internet  files folder ~(browser cache)

empty trash bin,

also there may be conflicts with software and other programs or peripherals , try turning off other-ware or disable, and try again,

then two plugins for windows and browser are java and flash, update those if able,

kodak album viewer and some other album viewers may require more ram than allotted, check amount of free ram,
