Why cant I get my 360 picture to appear??? I just go this grey guy!?

I've uploaded a pic and ticked the box saying use 360 pic and it won't work, I can only get my avatar pic to appear....help its driving me mad.

Sometimes it takes up to a day to work and sometimes it changes straight away. Just check my profile, edit my info and click middle photo and save at bottom. If not work just be patient.
